Common questions
Do I need to log my meals twice?
No. Food-Mood uses the meals already recorded in BareVue and places them on the timeline automatically.
Do I need to check in every day?
No. Food-Mood has no streaks or daily score. More check-ins create a clearer record, but missing a day does not count against you.
Does Food-Mood tell me what caused a symptom?
No. It preserves the timing and shows what happened around a symptom, but it does not turn that sequence into a claim about cause.
